Each Mastermind Group meeting is held monthly. By ensuring regular and consistent contact between the group, all members get to know each other’s businesses well. A monthly meeting commits enough time to focus on the Mastermind Group without creating an unrealistic burden.
This ensures that the meeting runs for a sensible period of time, and that each member of the group has time to air their issues and comments. Any less than 5 members reduces the input, and any more than six members makes the group more difficult to gain best benefit.
Each Mastermind Group meeting will be held in a comfortable city centre location. The venue will be easy to get to and will have excellent facilities. Much of your subscription covers the cost of the meetings and it’s important that you have a great environment to spend time outside of your business.
It’s very important that each business owner is given the time and space to have the group discuss the issues they raise. Knowing how much time is reserved in advance is important so that the most important issues are dealt with and so that each business gets equal focus at every meeting.
At the end of the meeting each member of the group should detail the actions they will be taking to make progress on their business over the next month. These actions will be documented, and the members of the group will hold each member accountable for delivering on these actions.
